Thoughts and Commentary on Today's Reading   

In Jeremiah we read God's promise to protect His people. He says He will make us into a "brasen wall" so strong that the enemy cannot prevail against us!

Jeremiah 15:20-21 "And I will make thee unto this people a fenced brasen wall: and they shall fight against thee, but they shall not prevail against thee: for I am with thee to save thee and to deliver thee, saith Yahweh. And I will deliver thee out of the hand of the wicked, and I will redeem thee out of the hand of the terrible."

This promise does not mean that our lives will be without suffering - in fact suffering is part of the package - but it does mean that Yahshua will have the victory in and through us!

Consider the powerful testimony of Brother Yun, the "Heavenly Man" from China. His story is a powerful example of how Yahweh uses His people - and makes them truly a "brasen wall"! Glory only to the Almighty!
