Basis for our Studies this Year:
The Bible tells us that the “End (of the world) is declared from the “beginning” (Isaiah 46:10). Certainly, this means that the early Biblical record of human history bears End-time prophetic significance. But, it’s actually even more specific than that. The original Hebrew word translated as “beginning” in Isaiah 46:10 is תישאר (rê’shı̂yth). This is the root of Bereshith, which is the Hebrew name of the first Book of the Bible, “Genesis”. In other words, prophecies of the End of the World are found in the Book of Genesis.
The Torah is one of the five keys for unlocking End-time Prophecy… Prophecy is unlocked through the Statutes!
The Creation Week is the Spiritual Template for Sanctification:
The fifth Act of Creation: Day 4 - Yahweh Creates the Sun, the Moon and the Stars:
o
Genesis 1:14, 16 “And God said, Let there
be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night… And
God made two great lights; the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser
light to rule the night: He made the stars also.”
o
The Sun – in the Mazzaroth
– is Chamah (Hebrew), meaning “the hot One” and the
“Source of Light and Heat” – as a result, we see that the Sun represents Yahweh
Himself
§ Remember the dreams of Joseph… he dreamed about the sun, moon and
stars (11 other constellations) bowing down to him… Jacob recognized that in the dream, he was
the sun, Joseph’s mom was the moon, and the 11 brothers were the 11
constellations, which bowed to Joseph’s constellation… The sun as the Father
was a symbol that was well-known to Jacob.
§ The Heavenly Father, like the Sun, is the Source of Spiritual
Enlightenment:
· 1 John 1:5 – “This then is the message which we have heard of Him,
and declare unto you, that God is light, and in Him is no darkness at all.”
· Psalm 27:1 – “Yahweh is
My Light and My Salvation; whom shall I fear? Yahweh
is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?”
· James 1:17 – “Every good
gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father
of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.”
· Psalm 84:11 “For
Yahweh God is a sun and shield: Yahweh will give grace and
glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly.”
§ The Heavenly Father, like the Sun, is the Source of Heat
· In the Laodicean church condition, mentioned in Revelation
o
Revelation 3:14-16 “And unto the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write;
These things saith the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of
the creation of God; I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I
would thou wert cold or hot. So then
because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my
mouth.”
o
Hot = spiritually fully alive
o
Cold = spiritually dead
o
The Moon – in the Mazzaroth – is Lavanah (Hebrew),
meaning “one who is clothed in white” – the Moon is the Bride of Christ, the
saved people of Yahweh
§ To be clothed in white represents the Righteousness of Christ is
the clothing of the woman.
§ Also the moon has no light of its own – it reflects the Light from
the Sun.
§ The moon orbits around the Sun (Yahweh is our center and focal
point – we are not the center of our own universe)
o Revelation 12:1-3 “And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman
clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of
twelve stars: And she being with Child cried, travailing in birth, and
pained to be delivered. And there
appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven
heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads.”
§ Woman – Yahweh’s saved people (Israel)
– the woman is “virtuous” (Proverbs 31…) and she is a “virgin” (which
is no spiritual adultery)… She is
delivered from the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil – no unholy marriage
with the snake
· She is clothed with the Sun (representing that she wears His
Righteousness and radiates His Light)
· The Moon represents the Woman as a Light-Reflector… Light comes from Yahweh – through Torah
· The Moon represents full Torah-obedience
o Isaiah 8:20 “To the Law and to the testimony: if they speak
not according to this Word, it is because there is no light in
them.”
o
Proverbs 6:23 “For the Commandment is a Lamp; and the Law
is Light; and reproofs of instruction are the way of life:”
o
The Stars – in the Mazzaroth – are those who are “wise” and “turn
many to Righteousness”
§ Daniel 12:3 “And they
that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they
that turn many to righteousness as the stars for ever and ever.”
§ Characteristics of God’s people as the stars are found in what it
means to have wisdom
· Wisdom means “to fear Yahweh” – Proverbs 1:7
· Wisdom involves wholeheartedly seeking and desiring Truth and to
“know” Yahweh – and the result is “knowledge” (Marriage Covenant) with
Yahweh – Proverbs 2:2-5
· Wisdom is love for people, not hate – Proverbs 11:12
· Spiritual
Evolution – Shuts Down Step 5:
o
“Follow your heart”, whatever is
“your truth” go with that… Do what your
feelings, senses, and experiences dictate…
This is the definition of foolishness
§
Jeremiah 17:9 “The
heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?”
§
Proverbs 28:26 “He
that trusteth in his own heart is a fool: but whoso walketh wisely, he shall be
delivered.”
