The Bible tells us that the “End (of the world) is declared from the “beginning” (Isaiah 46:10). Certainly, this means that the early Biblical record of human history bears End-time prophetic significance. But, it’s actually even more specific than that. The original Hebrew word translated as “beginning” in Isaiah 46:10 is תישאר (rê’shı̂yth). This is the root of Bereshith, which is the Hebrew name of the first Book of the Bible, “Genesis”. In other words, prophecies of the End of the World are found in the Book of Genesis.
The Torah is one of the five keys for unlocking End-time Prophecy… Prophecy is unlocked through the Statutes!
Next Monday, we will conclude our quick overview showing that the Trinity doctrine was not found in the original Scripture manuscripts... We will then be ready to start our study of Noah, whose life is an end-time prophetic construct. "As it was in the days of Noah, so shall it be at the coming of the Son of Man..."
The Nature of Messiah - the Son of God
· Adam was created with a holy Spirit-filled,
Torah-obedient, holy nature – this was his nature before the Fall, when he was
known as “the son of God”.
· When Adam Fell his nature was
changed. He and his descendants had a fallen nature (not naturally
Spirit-filled, not naturally Torah-obedient, not naturally holy)… Even a baby
needs a Saviour, because we are born with a sinful, fallen nature!
· When Yahshua came, He did not have a
sinful nature. He was holy-Spirit filled from birth, Torah-obedient, and had a
holy nature… He was like Adam before the
Fall – sinless. And, as Adam was called the son of God, Yahshua – the second
Adam – was the Son of God.
o 2 Corinthians 5:21 “For He hath made Him to be sin for us, who knew no
sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in Him.”
§ God is omniscient – meaning He knows
everything… Obviously, He intellectually
knew sin.
§ To “know” is a marriage covenant word… “Adam knew his wife and she
conceived and bear a son…”
§ Yahshua manifested as the Son of God,
who had (as Adam didn’t originally) no marriage covenant with snake… He was not a partaker of the Tree of the
Knowledge of Good and Evil.
o
John 14:30
“…The prince of this world cometh, and hath nothing in Me.”
· 1 Corinthians 15:45 & 47 “And so it is written, The first man
Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam {was made} a quickening spirit…The
first man is of the earth, earthy: the second Man is the Sovereign from Heaven.”
· Yahshua was holy from conception –
and was the Son of God
o
Luke
1:35 “And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Ghost shall come
upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore also that
holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God.”
· Adam’s unfallen title was “the son of
God” – Luke 3:38 “Which was the son of Enos, which was the son of Seth, which
was the son of Adam, which was the son of God.”
· Matthew 3:17 “and behold, a Voice out of the Heavens
said, “This is My beloved Son, in whom I Am well-pleased.”
· 1 John 4:10 ”In this is love, not that we
loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our
sins.”
· Job 25:6 “How much less man, that is a
worm? And the son of man, which is a worm?”
· 2 Corinthians 5:21 “For He hath made Him to be
sin for us (this is Yahshua’s Work as the Son of Man), who knew
no sin (this is because Yahshua was the “Son of God” – or Second Adam); that
we might be made the righteousness of God in Him (both Son of Man and Son of
God).”
· Mark 2:10-11 “But that ye may know that the Son of
Man hath power on earth to forgive sins, He saith to the sick of the palsy,
Arise! Take up thy bed and walk.”
Deuteronomy 6:4-9 “Hear, O Israel: Yahweh our God is one (first, supreme, and solely God)… And thou shalt love Yahweh thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might. And these words, which I command thee this day, shall be in thine heart: And thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children, and shalt talk of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou liest down, and when thou risest up. And thou shalt bind them for a sign upon thine hand, and they shall be as frontlets between thine eyes. And thou shalt write them upon the posts of thy house, and on thy gates.”
· Isaiah 44:6-8 “Thus saith Yahweh the King of
Israel, and his Redeemer Yahweh of hosts; I AM the First, and I AM the last;
and beside Me there is no God. And who,
as I, shall call, and shall declare it, and set it in order for Me, since I
appointed the ancient people? And the things that are coming, and shall come,
let them show unto them. Fear ye not,
neither be afraid: have not I told thee from that time, and have declared it?
Ye are even My witnesses. Is there a God beside Me? Yea, there is no God; I
know not any.”
· John 5:19 “Therefore Yahshua answered
and was saying to them, “Truly, truly, I say to you, the Son can do
nothing of Himself, unless it is something He sees the Father doing; for
whatever the Father does, these things the Son also does in like manner.”
There are Two Trees, Two Kingdoms and Two Son-ships:
Two Trees:
· The Tree of Life
· The Tree of the Knowledge of Good and
Evil
Two
Kingdoms:
· Kingdom of Heaven
· Kingdom of Hell (aka Babylon…)
Two Son-ships:
· Sons of Belial
· Sons of God – 1 John 3:
o Sons
of God have the Character of Yahweh
§ “Behold, what manner of love the
Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God:
therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew Him not. Beloved, now
are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we
know that, when He shall appear, we shall be like Him; for we
shall see Him as He is.”
o
Sons
of God keep Torah
§ “…And every man that hath this hope
in Him purifieth himself, even as He is pure. Whosoever committeth sin
transgresseth also the Law: for sin is the transgression of the Law.”
o
Sons
of God are freed from Sin
§ “…And ye know that He was
manifested to take away our sins; and in Him is no sin. Whosoever
abideth in Him sinneth not: whosoever sinneth hath not seen Him,
neither known Him...”
o
Sons
of God have no works of the devil
§ “…Little children, let no man deceive
you: he that doeth righteousness is righteous, even as He is righteous. He
that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the
beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that He might
destroy the works of the devil...”
o
Sons
of God walk in Righteousness
§ “…Whosoever is born of God doth not
commit sin; for His Seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is
born of God. In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the
devil: whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of God, neither he that
loveth not his brother...”
o
Sons
of God love one another
§ “…For this is the message that ye
heard from the beginning, that we should love one another. Not
as Cain, who was of that wicked one, and slew his brother. And wherefore
slew he him? Because his own works were evil, and his brother's
righteous...”
o
Sons
of God have Eternal Life
§ “…Marvel not, my brethren, if
the world hate you. We know that we have passed from death
unto Life, because we love the brethren. He that loveth not his
brother abideth in death...”
o Sons
of God have compassion and do not hate people
§ “…Whosoever hateth his brother is a
murderer: and ye know that no murderer hath Eternal Life abiding in him. Hereby
perceive we the love of God, because He laid down His life for us: and
we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren. But whoso
hath this world's good, and seeth his brother have need, and shutteth up his
bowels of compassion from him, how dwelleth the love of God in
him?...”
o Sons
of God have real love – no lies (or hypocrisy)
§ “…My little children, let us
not love in word, neither in tongue; but in deed and in truth. And
hereby we know that we are of the truth, and shall assure our hearts before
Him...”
o
Sons
of God do what pleases Yahweh
§ “…And whatsoever we ask, we receive of Him, because we keep His Commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in His sight...”
In the End,
the father who claims us will be the one we look like in Character:
· 1 John 3:2 “Beloved, now are we
the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we
know that, when He shall appear, we shall be like Him; for we shall see Him as
He is.”
